Mr. Germain is the Broker/Owner of Straus Brokers, LLC, a boutique commercial real estate company located in Denver, CO. Mr. Germain has completed hundreds of real estate transaction including a wide variety of deal types including small shop, mid-sized, big box and ground leases, as well as pad sales, land sales, shopping center acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Germain also managed approximately 250,000 SF of retail space in the Denver market.

Mr. Germain has about thirty years of commercial real estate experience and acted as the owner or CEO for several real estate and real estate-oriented tech companies. Jeff has completed commercial real estate transactions in several western states including CO, AZ, NM, NV, TX, UT and WY. He completed leases and sales in a variety of market segments including retail, restaurant, industrial, automotive, land as well as shopping center acquisitions and dispositions.
